EDUCON is a premier educational showcase and learning opportunity for teachers, principals, and district leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to choose breakout sessions led by school districts from across the Central Kentucky region and beyond. You will not just come away with a good idea or two; you will gain an abundance of great ideas and best practices that you can immediately apply in your classroom, school, or district.

Registration Rate
CKEC Member District Rate - Early Bird Registration: $299 (Before 3/14/26) then $349 per person
Non-Member District Rate - Early Bird Registration $349 (Before 3/14/26) then $399 per person
CKEC Member District Superintendents - Free (non-transferable)
One (1) FREE teacher registration with every five (5) paid registrations per district
Presenters - $250 per person (up to 2 per district discounted)

Payment Method
Payment is only accepted by check or money order.

Refund Policy
Refundable by May 15 with written notice. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
Registration is transferable by June 1 with written notice by the district (district funds) or individual (private pay).
No refunds will be provided after May 15, 2026.

*Written cancellation or substitution is required to protect both CKEC members and staff from the uncertainty and misunderstandings that may occur because of cancellations made by phone during a hectic work period. Please submit all requests to [email protected]
