She is deeply committed to fostering a positive school culture rooted in high expectations, strong relationships, and student-centered decision-making.
Whitney is known for her strength in instructional leadership, collaboration, and support of teachers through intentional coaching and data-informed practices. She plays a key role in supporting Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), instructional planning, and the implementation of schoolwide structures that promote student growth and achievement. Through her leadership and consistent presence in classrooms, Camargo Elementary has seen continued gains in student growth and engagement.
She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families, and believes that trust, consistency, and clear expectations are essential to a successful school community.
