Participants will explore how a rural district can leverage strong community connections, dedicated educators, and intentional planning to align instruction, learning experiences, and student opportunities with the skills and dispositions outlined in their graduate profile.
This session will highlight practical strategies Washington County has used to move from vision to implementation, including building staff understanding, embedding graduate competencies into instruction, and creating authentic learning experiences that prepare students for college, careers, and life in their community.
